Elate Cosmetics’ smoothing makeup primer is the last step of your skin care routine - and the first step to your makeup. With the floral hydrate complex and hyaluronic acid, it plumps and firms the skin while smoothing and hydrating. Prep creates the perfect canvas for your foundation or powder, adding staying powder and a silky finish.
Prep Primer is packaged in a glass bottle with a recyclable plastic and bamboo pump. If you aren’t able to recycle or compost this packaging locally, simply send it back to us and we’ll take care of the rest ❤️♻️
