Making sure your order is packaged with care is always our priority, but occasionally a package is mishandled in transit and arrives damaged.

UO packages shipped with added "Protect My Order" insurance are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please reply to your delivery confirmation email to get that process started.

Unfortunately, if you did not add insurance to your order, your package is not eligible for replacement or refund from UO, but you may file a claim with USPS here (scroll down to step 3) to receive a refund from the post office.
