Making sure your order is packaged with care is always our priority, but occasionally a package is mishandled in transit and arrives damaged.

UO packages shipped with added Route insurance are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please reply to the Route insurance email you received to get that process started.

    **Insurance is automatically included with all wholesale orders. If your wholesale order arrived damaged, please reply to your delivery confirmation email and we will get a replacement processed.
