Thanks so much for your interest in carrying Urban Oreganics. To make sure our relationship remains mutually beneficial, we have a few terms and conditions that we ask retailers to agree to before opening a wholesale account.

Our wholesale opportunities are currently only available to U.S. companies.



  • Wholesale customers receive 50% off retail prices
  • Pricing is subject to change (as supply prices may increase)
  • We do not charge sales tax or any additional fees


  • Minimum opening order $300, reorders $150
  • All wholesale orders require at least 5 units per product
  • Only our core collection is eligible for wholesale ordering.
  • Please select "WHOLESALE" as the shipping method at checkout
    • Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to emily@urbanoreganics.com within 48 hours


    • Accepted forms of payment: all major credit and debit cards, PayPal
    • We are not currently offering consignment or Net 30 opportunities. All orders must be paid in full prior to production beginning.


    • Product testing has been proven to increase skin care sales by 500%. A customer’s sense of smell and touch triggers a response that leads them to purchasing a product. Your customers are 80% more likely to purchase our product if they test it first.

    • We recommend ordering one extra unit of each product to leave available on the shelf for your customers to test. Your order will include some "TRY ME" stickers for you to add to these bottles and jars.
    • If you'd like to sample a product before adding it to your shop, please contact us for directions.


    • Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to process your order
      • Because we are a small batch company, we keep limited inventory on hand. Often the items you're ordering are already in stock, but occasionally we may need to wait on additional supplies to fill your request.


    • Orders will typically ship via USPS Priority Mail (with included insurance).
    • Extremely large orders may ship via UPS or FedEx.
    • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at emily@urbanoreganics.com (with photos) within 5 days if you have received damaged or defective products so that we will ship out replacements ASAP.
    • As an eco-friendly brand, we only ship using recyclable materials - no bubble wrap will ever be found in your Urban Oreganics shipment!


    • Our product may only be sold on your approved eCommerce site, in your own brick and mortar shop, and local markets where you are physically present. Our products may not be sold on third party sites (including, but not limited to) Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, etc.
    • We are happy to provide you with our MSRP, but do not require these prices to be used. As the retailer, you may set your own prices.
    • We will provide you with access to product photos, which can be used on your website and social media pages. Please tag/mention us on social media when using our photos.


    • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges
    • Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at emily@urbanoreganics.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments and we will ship out replacements ASAP.


    • Wholesale orders cannot accumulate or redeem any rewards credits.
    • Wholesale orders are not eligible for any free gift offers.

    Sold Out
