I finally bought this product in an attempt to reduce waste and although it was a rocky start, it’s SO much better than the disposable hygienic products I previously used. No annoying string, no changing it in fear of toxic shock or checking for leaks. It did take some time to get used to (multiple cycles) but I’m so glad I switched! If you’re looking for a sign to switch, this is it!

After 7 years of being on birth control, I recently went off of it to help my body detox better. I have learned a lot over the years about all the toxic we are exposed to in all the products we use and have ditched and switch to non toxic products. Therefore, I refused to go back to tampons. Enter the menstrual cup. It took some getting used to, but at worse, it feels like a tampon. I also have not had any leaks with this cup. Although I'd rather NOT have a period (I mean, who would choose that?) I am grateful for this alternative!

I have been wanting to try the cups for awhile and finally pulled the trigger a few months ago. It did take some time getting used to, but now that I have I wouldn’t ever go back to tampons. It’s so much cleaner than the string hanging down and I know I’m not putting unnecessary chemicals into my body! Plus I’m helping the environment! It’s a win win!
