WHAT:

• Earn $1 UO rewards credit per full size UO glass container (2oz, 4oz, 8oz Urban Oreganics branded containers only. Not valid for minis or other brands we carry.)
• Containers must be empty, completely clean (washed out), and undamaged to receive credit. Please leave labels on.
• A UO rewards account is required to receive credit. Wholesale accounts are not eligible for empties credit.
• To minimize the carbon footprint (and your shipping costs), please ship at least 5 empties at a time.

Although we do not accept non-UO empties for rewards credit, we are happy to responsibly recycle or compost anything purchased on our site. Please ensure they are empty and completely clean/rinsed/scrubbed out.

• Return your UO glass empties to:

• Include your name and UO account email
• Please use plastic-free shipping materials whenever possible ♻️ - we will reuse these to ship orders out
• To minimize the carbon footprint (and your shipping costs), please ship at least 5 empties at a time.
