• Cup the bottom of the bar in the palm of your hand, rest the long edge against the lengths of your fingers, then use your fingertips to guide the bevelled top through your hair.
• Apply HiBAR shampoo directly to your very wet hair, massaging into your scalp and roots until you feel a good lather, then rinse thoroughly.
• Give your hair up to a few weeks to adjust, as it will need to expel the chemicals from your commercial shampoo. For best results while transitioning, wash hair twice and follow with a vinegar rinse (1 tbsp. vinegar per pint of water).
• For maximum longevity, store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
